1. About our Services

Right Supplements provides a digital platform to search, compare, and purchase health and wellness products from third-party marketplaces and sellers. We aggregate pricing, availability, and delivery estimates and may facilitate checkout and order placement on your behalf through partner platforms.

We are not a licensed pharmacy, hospital, or medical provider. Product information is supplied by third parties and may change without notice. Always read labels, consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, and follow applicable laws for regulated products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rightsupplements.in if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

4. Orders, payments, and fulfillment

• Prices, discounts, stock status, and delivery times shown in the app are sourced from partner platforms and may change before checkout is completed.
• When you pay through our platform, payment is processed by licensed payment partners. Your contract for product supply is with the relevant marketplace or seller unless we clearly state otherwise.
• We may use automated systems to place orders on partner platforms using delivery details you provide. You authorise us to share necessary order and address information for fulfillment.
• Returns, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the policies of the selling platform and applicable consumer protection law. Contact support for assistance coordinating returns.

5. AI advisor and health content

Optional AI features provide general wellness information based on your inputs. AI responses are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on AI output for emergency or clinical decisions. If you upload health reports, you confirm you have the right to share that content and consent to its processing for the stated purpose.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate applicable regulations
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission
• Submit false orders, fraudulent payment information, or misleading identity data
• Harass other users, our staff, or partner platforms
• Circumvent security measures or access another user's account
• Use the Services to resell products in violation of partner terms

7. Intellectual property

The Right Supplements name, logo, app design, and original content are owned by Right Supplements or its licensors. Product images, trademarks, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-party services and links

The Services link to or integrate with third-party websites and apps (marketplaces, payment gateways, maps, and analytics). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRICES, STOCK, OR DELIVERY ESTIMATES WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGHT SUPPLEMENTS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) INR 5,000.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Right Supplements from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion as described on our Delete Account page. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation to bring claims in your place of residence where permitted.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use and delete your account.
