1. Who we are

Right Supplements operates a health and wellness comparison platform that helps users discover products, compare prices across partner marketplaces, manage supplement reminders, and access optional AI-powered wellness guidance. Our Services are intended for users in India.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number (if provided), and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Google account data (only if you sign in with Google):your name, email address and profile picture, received from Google when you choose “Continue with Google”. We request no other Google data — we do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or photos, and we never post or send anything on your behalf.
• Location data: delivery PIN code and coarse location signals used to show local availability and delivery estimates.
• Saved product data:the products you save, wishlist, and the items in your comparison cart. The comparison cart is a price-comparison tool only — we do not sell anything, so there is no order history and no payment data.
• Health and wellness inputs: supplement reminders, search queries, barcode scans, optional health report uploads, and messages you send to our AI advisor feature.
• Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash logs, and how you interact with the Services (screens viewed, taps, session duration).
• Store page price data:when you open a store inside the app, we read the product’s publicly displayed price from the page you’re viewing to keep our price comparisons accurate. We do not collect your cookies, login state, or browsing history on that store beyond the product page URL and its listed price.
• Communications: support requests, feedback, and account-deletion requests you send to us.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
• Personalize product listings, prices, and delivery estimates for your PIN code
• Create and secure your account, and keep your saved products, reminders and comparison cart in sync between the website and the mobile app
• Send reminders and service-related notifications you have asked for
• Operate optional AI features based on your inputs
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests
• Analyse aggregated, de-identified usage to improve our platform

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your health-related inputs to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without your involvement.

4. Legal basis (where applicable)

Where required by law, we process personal data based on one or more of the following: your consent; performance of a contract with you; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable marketplace (balanced against your rights).

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Google, only to authenticate you when you choose to sign in with Google. We send nothing about your activity back to Google.
• Cloud infrastructure providers that host our application and database
• Analytics and crash-reporting tools to diagnose errors and improve stability
• AI service providers when you use the AI advisor, limited to the content you submit for that session
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

When you choose to buy a product, we hand you off to that store’s own website and your dealings from that point are governed by their privacy policy, not ours. We do not place orders on your behalf and we never receive your payment details.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain limited records for longer periods where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, subject to lawful retention requirements.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep your device protected.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your account and associated personal data
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
